Yesterday’s bath: Pumkin BBS (Halloween 2013)
This bubble bar slice smells like the Dorothy BBS mixed with orange. It is a very nice and calming scent, but unfortunately does not come off that strong in the bath. Only the cute shape makes this a winner for me.
Today’s bath: Lord of Misrule (Halloween 2013)
This bath bomb is awesome. It turns the water into a spooky blood-red colour, takes a long time to dissolve, smells amazingly, and has pop rocks inside that crackle. I don’t know why, but “Lord of Misrule” reminded me of one of my all-time favourites “Mrs Whippy” (sadly discontinued) in terms of scent (although LOM has a spicy edgy to it) and the way it made the water feel on my skin (does that make any sense??). I really like it
Yesterday’s bath: Soot Ball (Halloween 2013)
To me, this bath bomb smells like a sweeter version of the Twilight bath bomb. I really like it :) In the bath, this little fella’ takes almost 15 minutes to fizz away, which is amazing if you ask me. Once it’s completely dissolved, the water is very sparkly and glittery, kinda like sunnyside BBS without the bubbles.
Unfortunately, the black powder stained my tub, which was somewhat hard to clean up, but despite that, I really really enjoyed this product.
Long time no review! I pretty much went through my stash and tried to use up what I had and I’m doing really well with that, haha! I’m down to 200ml of body wash and bath products for only a couple more baths. Anyways. Lush came out with this lovely limited edition bath bomb called “World Peace Ballistic” here in Europe, and of course I had to purchase it XD It is specially made for Peace Day and all profit goes to charity, so that’s pretty neat.
The ballistic itself smells very minty and fresh with a hint of orange or tangerine. In the bath, the scent lingers well and feels very refreshing. Scent-wise, this is not a bath bomb I’d typically go for, but I really like it nevertheless. I positively surprised!
Mask of Magnaminty
I like this mask :) it’s fresh, it’s minty, it makes your skin super squeeky clean afterwards, and it really lasts a long time. I heard that this mask is targeted more towards people with oily skin/blackheads - both the complete opposite of my skin, haha- but is also works fine for people with sensitive/dry skin like me. If you’re unsure about it, ask for a sample!
Honey Bee (Bath Bomb).
This bath bombs is one of my favorites! I love the scent, the rhassoul mud and the way it makes your body feel after you came out of the tub. Everything is a winner with this guy! Thumbs up!
Happy first Birthday, lomowonderland
Product I used up: Sonic Death Monkey shower gel (Retro).
What’s up with all the retro Lush shower gels? Why are they all so runny? SDM was even thinner than “Ghost” shower gel. Urgh, I don’t like that…so I guess I will definitely not be repurchasing SDM.
I finished Sweetie Pie the other day. Although I enjoy the scent a lot, I’m really unsure about Jellys. They always cruble and fall apart (even though I only use little parts of it and not the whole thing) and half of it goes down the drain. They might be a fun concept, but they are too impractical for me.
